Frequently asked questionsNARU BROW STUDIO

Answers to the questions we hear most often before a first visit. Anything else, just ask us on LINE or in the notes when you book.

Does eyebrow waxing hurt?

It is over in a moment, and most guests tell us it hurt less than they expected. Sensitivity varies from person to person; we check your skin before waxing and soothe the area afterwards.

How long does a visit take?

About 60 minutes, including the consultation.

How long does brow lamination last?

It depends on your hair growth cycle, but the set hair direction usually lasts 3 to 5 weeks. New hair around the waxed outline appears after 3 to 4 weeks, so we recommend a visit every 4 to 6 weeks.

Is there anything to avoid after the treatment?

For 24 hours, keep your brows dry and avoid steam (sauna, long hot baths), intense exercise and make-up around the brows. From the next day you can go back to your normal routine.

Should I tidy my brows before coming?

No. To give us the most to work with, please avoid plucking, shaving or waxing your brows for two weeks before your visit.

I have sensitive skin. Can I still have the treatment?

We check your skin during the consultation before we start. If you have allergies, skin conditions or take medication, please let us know in the booking notes or when you arrive.

Can I change or cancel my booking?

Yes, until the day before. You can cancel from the link on your booking confirmation page. For same-day changes, please contact us directly on LINE or by phone.

How can I pay?

Credit card or cash. Listed prices exclude tax.
